High Speed T-Bot and H-Bot Gantries

Macron Dynamics T-Bot Gantry:
The Macron T-Bot gantry is a high speed gantry robot with a unique design where both the X axis and Z axis motors are mounted in stationary positions on the T-Bot.  The X axis and Z axis motors drive a single serpentine belt that moves the actuator head in a fully programmable X,Z pattern.  High speeds, and accelerations, are possible because 2nd motor and gear reducer don't need to be carried by the primary axis.
 
 
 
 
Features Include:
 
 - Fixed motors reduce load, cable management, and inertia requirements.
 - Speeds up to 4 M/Sec.  Payloads up to 50 lbs.
 - Sealed linear profile rail and bearing guidance.
 - Mounting flexibility for a variety of end effectors.
 - Integrated hollow shaft inline planetary gear reducers are available.
 - Positional repeatability of +/- 0.10mm (0.004 inches).
 - Stroke lengths up to 2,000 mm.
 - Accelerations up to 7Gs.

The Macron H-Bot gantry is a high speed gantry robot with a unique design where both the X axis and Y axis motors are mounted in stationary positions on the H-Bot.  The X axis and Y axis motors drive a single serpentine belt that moves the actuator head in a fully programmable X,Y pattern.  High speeds, and accelerations, are possible because 2nd motor and gear reducer don't need to be carried by the primary axis.
